The Eastern Motorsport Press Association has announced the latest inductees into its prestigious Hall of Fame in advance of the 51st EMPA Convention, which takes place Friday through Sunday at the Holiday Inn in Wilkes-Barre, PA. MITCHELL - A proposal to increase the trash pickup fees in Mitchell was defeated Monday night during the Mitchell City Council meeting. Councilwoman Vicky Schlegel stressed officials can't raise fees if officials don't know the cost of the new toters and the cost of the new trash truck .
