Commission granted permission to the city manager to hire a consultant to evaluate an unsolicited proposal to construct a police training center at its meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
The Ocoee City Commission approved 3-1 an amendment to the Ocoee Landings project that paves the way for a new three-story, 51,680-square-foot mixed-use building.
The Commission approved the construction of a mixed-use development that will consist of 301 multi-family dwelling units and 20,000 square feet of commercial retail space within nine buildings.
