As the legal battle continues to play out a protest against the revised travel ban is planned today in San Francisco. Its being organized by the group, bay resistance. Dozens will gather at 4 p. M. This afternoon outside the Federal Building on 7th street. The outline of President Trumps budget plan is out. Its cutting certain Government Agencies and boosting military spending. The suspect apparently confronted his ex wife right behind me here and now he is dead from an apparenty self inflicted gunshot wound. According to redwood city police, around 2 15 tuesday afternoon a 43yearold man confronted his 44yearold exwife in the parking lot of her employer here along penobscot drive. The woman apparently had a restrain order against her exhusband and refused to talk to him. According to police, the man retrieved a handgun from his truck and chased his exwife across the parking lot. They also believe that during the pursuit he fired at least one shot. The woman managed to call 911 on her cell phone and then hid. When Police Arrived on scene, they confronted the man and tried to get him to lower his weapon.
