Loveland Police Department officers responded to a call of a stabbing shortly after 7 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Lark Bunting Avenue after receiving a call that a 65-year-old man went to a neighbor's residence for assistance claiming he had been stabbed and needed medical assistance, according to Assistant Chief Laurie Scott; the man was transported to a nearby medical facility to be treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
