An officer in his first year of service with the Loveland Police Department has been terminated after allegedly hitting a woman in the face at a local hospital.
A Loveland police officer was terminated after he hit a woman in the face while she was being evaluated at the hospital, the Loveland Police Department said in a Wednesday morning news release.
Loveland police chief fired in the officer after the incident at a hospital during which the victim spit at the officer. Larimer County Sheriff's is investigating.
