Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who has information about this incident or who was near the Foothills Trail at Reservoir Ridge between 9 and 11 a.m. Sept. 10. The Gallenstein family is offering up to $50,000 for information that leads to the resolution of this case.
The office identified 18-year-old Zoe Smith of Fort Collins as the woman killed in a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Harmony Road and Lemay Avenue Oct. 14 and 29-year-old Elijah Wolfe of Fort Collins as the pedestrian who was hit and killed in the 4600 block of South College Avenue Oct. 18.
