Host why does it all go back to cushing . Guest there was an oil field discovered there before the First World War and it was called the queen of the oil fields, and at one point it provided 22 of the u. S. The 5yearold leader has a severe lung infection. His fragile health has a lot of people wondering whether he will be able to go through with his inauguration next week. Moments ago, venezuelan lawmakers elect elected a president of that countrys National Assembly. Joining me is Senior Latin Affairs Editor rafael romo. This National Assembly election is really crucial. Tell me about it. It is crucial because it ensures continuity. Those people who are loyal to president chavez at least have the certainty that whatever happens and there are two possibility scenarios either the Vice President or the president of the National Assembly in this case the man who was just reelected, would have
Century gps technology. We think it will make the airspace more efficient and create more capacity and make the airspace cleaner that way. So whats interesting is that over the next year hopefully, once we get over this issue with the highway trust fund, the next big issue in transportation is going to be an faa reauthorization bill. And i think there are some issues in aviation that are on the table now about how we structure and how we finance and how we set the aviation sector up to compete in the 21st century economy that well have a chance to work with industry and work with other stakeholders to help resolve. But i think thats going to that period of time is going to allow all these issues to be laid bare in a much different dynamic and just in the budget season and im looking forward to having those conversations. But i will say welcome i think that conversation has to be more complicated if were still trying to deal with highways and transit next year. We need to get this done

Thank you, representative. As the prouder rep zresentativef the 4h 0,000 veteran who is liv in my district, i want to get this right. Congress has promised to take care of our veterans. Our veterans and their families have earned and deserve to be taken care of. They have sacrificed for our country and now our country must sacrifice for them. We are here today at a pivotal moment. We must act decisively and fix what must be fixed. As i sit here with my colleagues, both republican and democrat, i know that both of you care deeply about our veterans and i know you all truly want to fix the problems currently plaguing the v. A. I know what happened in phoenix was intolerable. That the v. A. Must undergo a complete cultural and systemic transformation. And that individuals should and must be held accountable. But i also see this as an opportunity to make changes. An opportunity we must seize. An opportunity to show the American People that it not only has the will, but the way forward to m
