Do you think that those means can be yoked to what would be the more natural in the system, the Democratic Party or do you think thats not sufficient the existing structure is insufficient to address what you see as sort of the deep structural racist inequalities . I think the twoparty system isnt working for us, and it hasnt worked for us for generations. Lets be very, very honest about th that. I think what were seeing is a crisis of our democracy and the reality is that these types of actions that were seeing, the disruptions, the really courageous acts of nonviolent civil disobedience just taking this country by storm really is an effort to call attention to the very real crisis thats happening in our communities. Our communities are reeling from poverty, from unemployment, from discrimination of all sorts and different interactions that theyre having from Law Enforcement to our Education System and so on.
