These debates are produced in collaboration with nh pbs, and we are following Health Guidelines as we bring them to you. All of us are in separate studios here at nhpr. All of us wore masks in public areas of the building today. Each candidate will have 60 seconds to deliver an opening statement. We will then move to questions, with 60 seconds to respond. In many cases, we will ask at least one followup question or clarification, which will get an additional 30 seconds.
