According to the Webb County Elections Administration and the candidates who are out trying to drum up support for the race, things have been extremely slow with less than 10,000 people expected to have voted during this runoff election. People still have time to hit the polls to decide the races for City Council Districts V, VII and VIII and for the Laredo College Board of Trustees Place 7 as voting ends at 7 p.m.
