Some Trigg County High School students were elected to state offices or earned top honors recently in the state DECA competition.
In the state elections, Lilly P’Pool was elected as Kentucky State DECA VP of Public Relations and Ivey Redd was elected Kentucky State DECA VP of Finance.
Meanwhile, Jenna Visingardi was named Outstanding DECA Member, McKenna Green won first place in the Hospitality and Tourism Professional Selling competition, Ivey Redd and Troy Butts took first in the Financial Literacy Project contest, Riley Thompson won first in the Principles of Finance category, and Lania Hite took second in the Principles of Business Management and Administration.
