Wilford Wills, 71, of Lockhart, Texas died on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Visitation will take place Friday April 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. and services will take place on Saturday, April 24 at 2 p.m., both at Thomason Funeral Home in Lockhart. Planning applications submitted for Watford, Three Rivers and Dacorum for week commencing February 8. This week there are several applications to demolish and rebuild or convert buildings into separate homes in Watford, Berkhamsted, St Albans and Luton.
