Nursery/Landscaping Supervisor at the
St. Kitts Biomedical Research Foundation, Lower Bourryeau Estate, St. Kitts.
The selected applicant will be responsible for managing the landscaping team and coordination of all nursery, horticultural and hardscape activities. Primary responsibilities will include:
• Assist with work plans, creating schedules, and contribute to and ensure completion of regular landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, pesticide application planning, and regular fertilization programs.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment on an upkeep schedule, e.g. check and replenish oil and fuels, check tire pressure, check cutting performance, check safety features, etc.
• Monitor and report any challenges with plants including diseases, efficacy of various treatments, robustness of growth, adequacy of watering, etc.
