Potentially hyper ventilating that is when they brought in emts they just found out family died earlier this evening a boy was hit by an suv while he was riding down main street in brockton. Boy who believed to be around 13 years old died at the scene. Our biggest challenge right now at this point is tryin t the victim. We really need to be able to contact the family of the victim of this accident. Thats where our focus is right now. Brockton mayor says they have the boys cell phone but havent able to contact any family yet driver of suv stopped immediately after hitting the victim.
