A Wild Police Chase ends on highway 101 in tran, it even involved a chp helicopter landing on the freeway. One of our news crews was on the way to another story as it unfolded. Alisa harrington spoke to a witness who saw the chase and the chp officer who helped pull the man back over the railing. Reporter this is the moment chp officers and Good Samaritans pulled a man to safety on highway 101 in San Francisco.
