Michael Duncan defeated Gabriel Ruvalcaba to become the champion at the Northern Nevada Masters youth tournament last Sunday, Jan. 21. The tournament was held at Homegrown Bowling Center and was sponsored by the Carson Country U.S. Bowling Congress Association.
