Playworkers from The Land have been making palette furniture for residents, moving all their social events online and conducting online quizzes to bring the community together.
Recently, The Land collaborated with Community Music Wales to bring experienced musicians Martin Daws and Owen Mclean together with young people virtually to write a rap about their local area.
