Of the total land deals in FY24, around 80 separate deals for approximately 2,252 acres are for proposed residential, plotted development and township projects.
In 2023-24, developers and entities finalised 101 land deals totaling 2,989 acres in India, driven by high residential demand. Major deals occurred in top cities, with tier 2 and 3 cities also showing growth potential. Notable increases were seen in residential, plotted development, and township projects, reflecting a buoyant market.
During the entire 2023-24 fiscal, property consultant Anarock said that real estate developers and other entities have closed 101 land deals, cumulatively accounting for 2,989 acres.
The documents showed that the sale deed was executed on March 11, 2024. Gameskraft Technologies Private Limited paid a stamp duty of Rs 6.3 crore for the transaction along with a registration fees of Rs 50,000.
