Temperatures are chilling. It is 36 degrees in santa rosa, 53 in San Francisco and 46 in oakland and about 45 in san jose. The wind is nice and calm and we have a slight offshore flow. That will change throughout the day and we will see more of an onshore flow which brings more moisture our way. As far as rain is concerned, we will not see any moisture and that is because High Pressure is in control and that is why it shoes everything right over the top of us.
