Zeke Poundstone stubbed out his hand-rolled cigarette, took the last slug of his whiskey and slammed the glass onto the table positioned in the middle of The Longhorn Saloon.
“Lookee here stranger, I think you’ve been a-cheating us,” he said.
Chad Bellweather reached into the front pocket of his vest, pulled out a watch attached to a gold chain, flipped it open, then closed it and stuffed it back into his pocket.
“Amazing. I figured it would be about 45 minutes before one of you would accuse me of cheating and I was just four minutes off,” he said.
