On monday, the Alameda County District Attorney revealed a federal judge has issued an exhaustive review. 35 Death Penalty cases dating back several decades. Legal experts say the allegations could have sweeping consequences. Kron fours terisa stasio has more. Maybe what happened here is that these people were deemed to be opposed to the Death Penalty. And thats how they got away with removing people based on that city on wednesday, legal experts weighing in on the bombshell dropped by Alameda County District Attorney pamela price. That a federal judge has ordered the review of 35 Death Penalty cases after these scribbled notes were discovered while examining and appeal for this man, ernest, a 51 yearold was convicted and put on death row for the 1995 killing of 9 yearold lance clark and attempted murder of his grandmother. The car then continued on. Obviously to this tree where it slammed right into the base of the tree.
