Missouri developer takes Hutchins site for new industrial project
The more than 50-acre tract is near the Union Pacific Railroad hub.

A Kansas City-based developer that has already done one industrial building south of Dallas has purchased land for another major project.
Jones Development has acquired more than 50 acres on Wintergreen Road just west of Interstate 45. The big industrial site is near Union Pacific Railroad’s massive intermodal shipping port in Hutchins.
Jones Development bought the site from the owners of the 3,000-acre industrial park.
