Clydebank FC boss Gordon Moffat apologises to players after sending-off in Rossvale clash

Clydebank manager Gordon Moffat has revealed he apologised to his players after being shown a red card in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Rossvale. The Bankies boss, and his assistant Gary McMenamin, were shown red cards by referee Ryan Kennedy just after their side took the lead on Saturday. McMenamin was initially given a yellow card for disputing a free-kick that was awarded to Rossvale in front of the dugouts. But the referee returned moments later after being called back by one of his assistants and the Clydebank number two was shown a second yellow as well. Moff, who believes the whole situation got out of hand, was given a straight red and the pair had to watch the remainder of the game from the terraces.
