Immediate past Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, has diagnosed the motivation behind the murderous act by two teenagers at Kasoa in the Central Region.
Two teenagers named Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 17, allegedly murdered their friend Ishmael Mensah, a 11-year-old boy at Lamptey Mills in Kasoa on Saturday.
The deceased was a Class Four pupil of the Maranatha School and according to sources, he was murdered in an uncompleted building in the locality.
There are beliefs the teenagers committed the crime for ritual money purposes.
They have both been remanded into Police custody after appearing before the Ofankor District Court in the Region.
