Nathan Taylor, 37, also allegedly assaulted an officer and was charged with failure to register as a sex offender with Pennsylvania State Police, authorities claim.
The Lancaster man was found to be in possession of more than $250,000 worth of drugs, along with three guns and over $100,000 in cash, prosecutors said Tuesday.
