A North Zulch resident was arrested on felony drug charges Tuesday after an attempted traffic stop became a foot chase in Lampasas. Noah Dan Joy, 22, was arrested by Lampasas Police Department officials after authorities said he didn’t stop for patrol officers and then fled his vehicle on foot.
