(WDAY) - The name of a man killed when a load of loose rock struck the windshield of his vehicle last week has been released. Marlin Kiser of Valley City was killed on May 25 just after 8am when a 1999 Kenworth semi-truck with a belly dump trailer was northbound on State Highway 1 in Lamoure County with a load of rock.
