Texas Republican Chairman Allen West will mail a “package of Oreos” to the Texas Democrat Party after the Lamar County Democrat Party’s refusal to accept Gary O’Connor’s resignation for his use of a racist slur.
“Well, some Texas Democrat County chairman from Lamar County Gary O’Connor referred to Sen. Tim Scott as an Oreo,” West stated in a tweeted video.
West explained that, until O’Connor resigns, “I’m going to stand up and speak out against the party of systemic racism” by “mailing” the Democrat Party “a nice little package of Oreos.”
West continued by labeling the Democrat Party as “soft bigotry of low expectations.”

Democrats have been making very bigoted comments against Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) since he delivered the response to Joe Biden’s address to Congress. He was called an “Uncle Tom” and the left even trended “Uncle Tim” on Twitter.
Liberals like Joy Behar tried to lecture Scott, a black man, on what racism really is and the WaPo fact checker questioned Scott’s story about his ancestors.
What set them off so? Scott dared to challenge the narrative, saying that America was not a racist country. That simple fact, said with truth and conviction by a black senator, upset their apple cart.

A Texas county Democrat Party official who called Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) an oreo on his Facebook page has offered to resign his position after receiving backlash for his disgusting, hateful comments from state leaders. But the Lamar County Democratic Party has reportedly decided not to accept his resignation.
The National Review reports Lamar County Democratic Party Chairman Gary O Connor apologized for his racist comment. I am deeply and sincerely sorry for my inappropriate and hurtful use of a racist term I used to describe Sen. Tim Scott on my personal Facebook page. It was insensitive, and I have embarrassed myself and my party by its use, O Connor told the Washington Examiner Tuesday.
