Bond revoked for Prattville man charged with murder in death of his newborn son [Montgomery Advertiser]
PRATTVILLE The Prattville man charged with reckless murder in the death of his newborn son has had his bond revoked.
Christopher Lamar Chase Hundley, 32, faces charges in the case and was out on a bond of $250,000, courthouse records show. Autauga District Judge Joy Booth entered an order Monday revoking his bond, following a bond hearing on Dec. 18
The infant’s name was Adriel Joseph Quinn Hundley. He lived 38 days. Hundley is Adriel’s father. Booth ruled that Hundley’s arrest Dec. 12 on charges of resisting arrest and failure to obey a police officer were reason to revoke his bond.
