Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel launched Namo Lakshmi Yogana and Namo Saraswati Vigyan Sadhana Yojana schemes with a budget of Rs 1,650 crore. The schemes aim to promote girls education, secondary and higher secondary education, science education, and provide financial assistance to students in Classes 9-12.
Patel launched the schemes from Gyanda High School in Ahmedabad, with around 35,000 students of primary and secondary schools and educators from across the state participating virtually.
