Construction is underway in the 300-block of Main Street on what will become the new home of the Point Pleasant River Museum and Lakin Cook Learning Center. Construction is being done by contractor Persigner & Associates of Charleston which bid $1.8 million on the project. (Beth Sergent | OVP)
