A Lakewood police agent was injured Monday afternoon after exchanging gunfire with a woman suspected of robbing a mail carrier. The woman would die hours later from her injuries.
The Denver Colfax Marathon will take place this weekend, May 14 and May 15. Many roads in Denver/Lakewood are expected to be closed as throughout the morning.
