The Kirksville Area Chamber of Commerce s Kirksville Leadership Institute Class of 2023 had celebratory graduation ceremony on Friday, Nov. 17 at the Lakeside Dining Lodge in Thousand Hills State Park. The class was the 30th to go through the program, which, according to the chamber s website is designed to build strong, competent leadership for the Kirksville area, motivate emerging and existing leaders, and develop each participant’s potential for community leadership and decision-making by exposing them to the realities, opportunities, and challenges within the community.
