豪大雨過後永和山水庫始終不見滿水位台水揭原因 - 生活

日前盧碧颱風減弱的熱帶性低氣壓為全台帶來豪大雨，但苗栗縣永和山水庫蓄水率卻始終在97%左右，未出現滿水位自然溢流的情形，地方納悶莫非因導水路流量小造成？台灣自來水公司說明，永和山水庫若自然溢流，恐影響下游住戶安全，有採行調節放水，與導水路無關，另水公司已提計畫送水利署審查，爭取新闢另1條導水路，增加進水量，並預計於2024年完成鯉魚潭水庫北送。台灣於上半年歷經近56年大旱，幸賴5月底起陸續梅雨鋒面有效降雨解除，各地水庫水位明顯回升，永和山水庫卻上升緩慢，探究原因為離槽式的永和山水庫導水路是近40年前設計，流量小所致。
