CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Six local businesses are at the mercy of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission after the Ohio Investigative Unit (OIU) cited them for not following Gov. DeWineâs health orders.
The OIU said the following businesses were cited for improper conduct - disorderly activity this weekend:
Touch of Italy in Bedford Heights
Lake Effectz in Madison
3 Kings in Warrensville Heights

CLEVELAND, Ohio State agents on Saturday cited two Cleveland-area restaurants for violating Ohio’s coronavirus orders.
Agents with the Ohio Investigative Unit cited Touch of Italy restaurant in Bedford Heights and Truth Social Club in Maple Heights, according to a news release.
Agents found a large crowd inside Touch of Italy about 8:30 p.m. and patrons standing close to each other with little or no social distancing measures. Most of the customers and staff were not wearing face masks, according to the news release.
