Billy White Jr., 33, was charged Thursday with murder and unlawful carrying of a handgun in connection with the Wednesday shooting death of Seth Montgomery, 24.
The daughters of Deshonda Lewis, 42, said they saw Shawn L. Perry, 46, choke, threaten, push and point a gun at their mom in July 2019 inside their Gary home.
