Lake County Engineer James Gills has announced that the Lockwood Road Reconstruction Project in Madison Township is starting this week. The project, funded by the Ohio Public Works Commission and the Engineer’s Office, was awarded to Specialized Construction, Inc., of Cuyahoga Heights.
