Emergency crews and governmental departments are urging people use caution while out in the sun this week as Environment Canada continues to predict high temperatures in the coming days.
Alberta’s largest city has faced multiple days of temperatures in the high 20s and low 30s this week and the mercury doesn’t appear to be dropping soon. Environment Canada placed the City of Calgary under a heat warning Saturday due to a “prolonged, dangerous and potentially historic heatwave.”
