A joyous night for the horse was celebrated when the
2020 AQHA racing champions were announced on January 14 at Heritage Place Sale Co. in Oklahoma City.
It was a reassuring night considering the disease, discord and discontent that we all have endured since the 2019 champions were announced at the same venue a year ago. Boy, we sure needed it.
Our friends at AQHA, the production team, the talent and the rest of the crew came through with a program deserving of these new champions. It was, in multiple ways, a championship show. A live production can be a challenge with the unexpected usually expected. This presentation came off well with no obvious glitches. Kudos to all involved.
