Two people have lost their lives in a boat accident at Powerline, around Ikoyi Link Bridge in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State. It was learnt that 15 other passengers were rescued unharmed. This is contained in a statement signed by Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, Permanent Secretary, LASEMA on Thursday, noting that the driver of the boat rammed into a high-tension pole flooded by water which led to the accident. A male and a female lost their lives in the accident.
