Lafene Health Center sends COVID-19 vaccine survey to faculty, staff and students K-State has not received vaccines yet or been given a vaccine delivery date. The university is actively preparing for distribution so that vaccines can be administered as soon as possible when they are available. All current faculty, staff and students are scheduled to receive an email Monday, Feb. 1, from Lafene Health Center. This includes all employees and students on the Manhattan, Polytechnic and Olathe campuses; K-State Research and Extension sites; the K-State Alumni Association; K-State Athletics; and the KSU Foundation. The email from Lafene Health Center will have the subject line: Important Patient Survey. The email will include a link with directions for completing a survey about the COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals will be asked to go to the myLafene+ patient portal, sign in and go to Survey Forms. Individuals who do not receive the email should contact Lafene Health Center at lafene@k-s
