Scattered snow, rain, rain/snow & graupal showers are likely today. An isolated rumble of thunder or two is possible this afternoon-early evening as some sun appears & clouds really build in the cold air aloft with low freezing levels.
Some of these showers will be gusty & squally with a downpour of graupal or snow or snow pellets that covers melted areas & even pavement briefly.
Temperatures as of 10 a.m. are 31-37 over the area with some scattered snow & snow pellet showers developing.
Temperatures will rise to 43-51 with west-northwest wind 10-25 mph.
It does not look as cold tonight for a good chunk of the area with lows 29-33 as light west to southwest wind commences with cloudiness around.
