The Pagosa Springs High School Lady Pirate soccer team notched one loss, one win and one draw over the week, falling in a league match against Alamosa in Alamosa on April 19, winning a home game against the Durango junior varsity on April 20 and tying in a home league game against Bayfield on April 23.
Each side present Tuesday afternoon in Bayfield sought to avoid a third consecutive defeat.
Both succeeded … sort of.
With both BHS and Pagosa Springs wanting to bounce back from a weekend loss to Ala.
The Pagosa Springs High School Lady Pirate soccer team lost two matches against Telluride on April 3 and Alamosa on April 5 and tied a game against Bayfield on April 9 to bring its record to 2-2-1.
