Jerry Ligairi who will perform at the LOL MADA Comedy show on Thursday says currently there is nothing like the show in Fiji.
Ligairi who goes by the stage name Papa Jey says they have noticed that the interest from the public has increased when compared from their first show last year.
He adds he likes to get his material from the everyday struggles that he faces and connect it with the audience.

If you are a fan of stand-up comedy then there is good news for you as the LOL Mada Comedy Show returns next Thursday at the ANZ Stadium concourse.
The show will see the return of stand-up comedians such as Raiwai Butter, Fred Flow, King Kokoroji, Papa Jey, Rotuman Bruther, Tuets and Lady Kupcake.
Resonance Entertainment’s Krystelle Lavaki says the show has been growing from their first show when they had less than 100 people to the last show which had more than 300 people.
