ABC7 continues to celebrate strong women during the month of March. We re spotlighting another small business that has had to adjust during the pandemic.
Lovely Lady Boutique in Northwest Washington is owned by mother and daughter Ethel and Raynette Sanders. Before the pandemic, they sold high-end women s apparel and would host fashion shows.
The pandemic hit and like every other small business they had to adjust quickly. So, they came up with the Sippn Safe Mask. It s a mask that has a little patch that opens up to put a straw right in. The idea took off and the Sanders were able to save their business. However, they say before that things didn t look so good.
