The Onondaga County Police Reform & Reinvention Collaborative Plan was adopted unanimously at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in a 17-0 vote in the county Legislature.
County Legislator Chris Ryan gave many accolades, and added that D.A. William Fitzpatrick was the one who stepped forward and suggested that all the police agencies in Onondaga County work together on this executive ordered police reform plan instead of having 20 different plans submitted saying different things.

Syracuse businessman Stephen Skinner has announced he is running for Onondaga County Legislature, taking on incumbent Democrat Peggy Chase for the right to represent the area both call home the village within the city known as Eastwood.
