That is the ship in question and around it, were seeing at least eight smaller vessels trying to contain and presumably clean up the oil sheen that sits here. At this point, all we know is the ship arrived monday. But we dont know how much oil is actually leaked into the bay. The coast guard is investigating, but still doesnt know if one thing led to another when it comes to connecting a mysterious odor with two oil sheens.
