Nasdaq touched its highest level in nearly 14 years and ran its win streak to seven consecutive sessions. The longest such streak since last july. Now all ten of the s p 500 sectors were positive for the week led by utilities, health care and materials. Investors shrugged off a drop in Industrial Production data and today at least said, snow what, to winter weather. The dow gained 126 points. The s p 500 rose more than 8. The nasdaq picked up 3. Gold was higher by 19 an ounce closing at 1319. In the process it broke through a key level and traders say look for gold to rise now in small increments.
