Spoken about that in particular with gary tuchman and safe to say he made news which momentar the investigation from pamela brown. What authorities call this a terror investigation. Today they have enough evidence, the last 24 hours for them to confidently say this is a terrorist investigation, part of that is this Facebook Posting that we know that the wife of syed farook posted on facebook pledging allegiance and deleted by facebook, i think that played a role in officials believing this was a terrorist about and evidence they recovered from electronics on the home and information on human sources and other means we dont know about they havent been able to specify. Wiggins and sergeant pendergraft all saw the gun in mr. Scotts hand after exiting the vehicle. However, as everyone here is aware, none of the video recordings, the dash cam, the bodyworn camera or mr. Scotts cell phone video, clearly capture mr. Scotts hands. What is clearly captured on video is mr. Scotts right ankle. When he exits the suv, you can see that his right pant leg is pulled up above the ankle. This is the same spot where you can see a bulge in his pant leg in the Convenience Store Surveillance Footage and the same place on his ankle where police recovered a holster following the shooting. Here, the bulge, here, the ankle, goes along with what officer miranda indicated, he reached down and pulled it out. You see what appears to be a holster. Also captured on all videos are the repeated commands from officers for mr. Scott to drop the gun. Based on the dash cam video footage and mrs. Scotts video, officers can be heard at least ten times commanding mr. Scott to drop the gun
