la habra and joining us is stephanie elam, and stephanie, this quake, it woke people up in the middle of the night, and now another one. yes, and the one last night, don, you know, even my daughter was still awake, and it was not that late. but it was definitely enough to know that it is definitely a quake. it was a long rolling one, and when you are a californian, you know the difference. and the one today, was a jolting one, but i was out walking around and i did not feel that one today, but overall, 100 or so earthquakes sense yesterday, and many of them are really small, and not as big, and the biggest one being that one in the evening last night, and people are spookd, because it has been a long time since there has been a sizable earthquake in southern california. i know that people like to think of us shaking and quaking all of the time, but it is not always that pronounced. so there seems to be a lot of movement as of late, and a good reminder for people out here to get repre

last night. i want you to take a look at this gas station surveillance video. everything was calm and in a split second, the clerk bolted, a lot of the stuff behind the counter fell to the ground. that happened just after 9:00 o clock last night. it was centered near la habra, 20 miles south of los angeles and strong enough to cause a rock slide that actually ended up flipping a car upside down. luckily the passengers in that car escaped with only minor injuries. nobody was seriously hurt in this earthquake last night. since last night, there have been more than 100 aftershocks and we re told there could be more in the coming days. again, this is the second noticeable big earthquake that we ve had in the past week, gregg. i can tell that you the aftershock that we just had about 30 minutes ago was actually bigger than the earthquake that we had last week. yeah. you showed us some of the pictures. overall, how much damage was there across southern california?
